Called 4 times in 4 different days, I was on the phone 20 to 25 minutes all the time and nobody is answering, I called at 10am in morning, then another day at 12pm, then another day at 2pm, then another day at 11.30am, then today at 14pm, I'm not even sure if there is still anyone who works, government is paying those people for nothing, lucky to have such a job, I recommend to everyone to get a job there if you want to stay all day doing nothing.

If you are in serious need and you feel like your life is going to end I wouldn't turn to these guys because they have made it extremely difficult for me and have felt useless since November. Firstly Temi has no idea what she is doing. I was refused DRO because she told the team I had a LTD company (which I dont) she then had the cheek to tell me to be civilised. I said dont call me uncivilised which she said she didnt. I then reacted to this and was scorned myself by jo Johnson. And told I may not be helped. I then hear nothing for months. I put in a contact form and get a reply saying they are refusing me due to my behaviour. Let's make one thing clear.... my "behaviour" was perfectly fine until your incompetent staff relayed false information that effected me personally and then did nothing for ages!!! And then decided to lie and say they didnt call me uncivilised? Meanwhile im still dealing with extreme stresses.
