Tues 14th july Pretty useless phone line, called at 16:30 was left waiting. Standard message please continue to hold someone will be with you shortly almost message 17:15 nobody awnsered call office closed at 5pm but still left waiting no awnser & this practice is most days reception is waste of time unhelpful 😡 Thurs 16th July 3:30pm called again 45mins still nobody is picking up. Please continue to hold blah blah blah message. ITS QUICKER TO JUST TURN UP THEY HAVE NO EXCUSE 🤷🏾‍♂️ THEY'LL COME TO THE DOOR FASTER THEN IT TAKES FOR SOMEONE TO PICK UP THE PHONE 🤔
