google if you say my review is fake I can attach here my certification from them!! I found the training with Mo challenging due to her very loud speaking style, which gave me headaches during the sessions. I preferred the session led by Paul, as I found it more engaging and approachable. I also felt that Mo’s approach to managing the class was strict, particularly regarding looking through booklets and checking phones, which I found excessive for a professional adult learning environment. Additionally, some of my questions were not directly addressed, as explanations were often repeated from the beginning, which made parts of the training feel inefficient. The pace of the course was slower than I expected. Certain topics, such as guidance for children and pregnant women, were not covered, and important conditions like meningitis were not addressed. There were also many scene-playing exercises that felt unnecessarily theatrical, including shouting, which was exhausting. The group work felt repetitive and unengaging, and the venue was quite cold. Some of the reminders, such as hand sanitizing, felt overly instructive for adults. Language barriers were a concern, as several participants had limited English and struggled to understand key points. I was also surprised that there was no exam at the end of the course, as this was standard in previous trainings I’ve attended, which may impact confidence in participants’ knowledge. On the positive side, I appreciated that each participant received a personal phantom to practice on, and the pen and books provided were useful, though standard. Overall, I did not enjoy this training and hope future sessions can offer a faster pace, more comprehensive coverage, and a different training style.
