Utterly useless bunch of individuals I don’t think I’ve ever been in a more frustrating call triage and then to listen to a script being read by a robot-human… then to be told they don’t help you with that type of thing - even though it says they do on the website - do don’t bother calling the service you’ll probably end up cutting your wrists

Only see 6 people a day and one woman was waiting since half seven in the morning! We obviously got turned away around 9:20. You line up for hours and dont get seen. Its very pointless. People on school run definitely dont stand a chance.
