I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Citizens advice bureau branch in Bridgeton for their outstanding support and dedication. We first started trying to get the correct award letter from Social security Scotland in November 2025. Although SSS repeatedly promised to send the correct letter, nothing happened despite many advisers contacting them over the following months. A huge thank you to Julia, July, Galina, Stuart, and Amy. They never gave up. They made phone calls, wrote letters, submitted complaints, and continued to support me throughout the whole process. Thanks to their persistence and hard work, I finally received the correct award letter today. I am so happy and truly appreciate everything they have done for me. They work incredibly hard every day to help people, and their commitment really makes a difference. Great advisers, great service, and a great result. Thank you all so much for your kindness, professionalism, and determination. Best wishes! Nataliia
I wanted to thank Julia for her help with a matter I haven't been able to resolve for several months.
It's quite a sham. Their advice on housing issues is prejudiced towards landlords. The advisers interpret the legal system in favour of the landlords. Objectivity is completely lacking, and advice is generic at best. You can gather the Googled and AI-generated information they provide, in the name of advice, all by yourself. They're a waste of both time and energy, falsely marketed as specialist advice.
The answerphone message is a disgrace and unprofessional. I understand you are a charity and are not always able to service your community but at least have a message we can understand.
