If I could give BPA less than one star, I would. I instructed BPA to assist with an ADR visa application and appeal for my brother. This review is not based on the fact that the application was unsuccessful, as I understand that no solicitor or firm can guarantee a positive outcome. My review is based entirely on the incredibly disappointing level of service we received. From the outset, communication was poor, and despite raising our concerns with them on several occasions, nothing changed. We were repeatedly promised updates and deadlines that were never met, leaving us constantly chasing for information. It became a pattern of unanswered emails, ignored questions, and long periods of silence. On more than one occasion, I waited weeks—and sometimes months—for a response. Ironically, the only time BPA communicated quickly was when an invoice needed to be paid. When they wanted payment, they were highly responsive. When we needed answers, updates, or reassurance about a matter that was deeply important to our family, we were left feeling ignored. Dealing with an immigration appeal involving a close family member is already an incredibly stressful and emotional experience. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to manage our case professionally only made an already difficult situation even more upsetting. The most disappointing part is that even after making BPA aware that we were unhappy with the level of service, nothing improved. We expected professionalism, empathy, and clear communication. Instead, we were left feeling like an inconvenience rather than valued clients. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend BPA.

Very disappointed with their service (green card process) and feel sorry we chose this company instead of any other. They are very nice and responds quickly until the contract is signed and money is paid. Once you pay- everyone disappears. Attorney does not respond to emails and calls for weeks. Even simple tasks for which we had months of preparation has been delayed, so all our process has been delayed. Also, be careful with their “initial strategy payment” which should be deducted from the final amount- of course we paid in full for the contract and this strategy session, so overall we have been overcharged for the services we agreed. I asked 3 people to look at this matter in advance (months in advance), and of course nothing happened, so invoices would be paid according to the agreement. Don’t waist your time and energy, and life possibilities- I just wish I could turn the time back and choose anyone else but not BPA immigration. Monika W
