Phone calls are unsuccessful, so made me travel which took 30 min. At the door lady said "there is no drop-off sessions today, its only mon and friday. 9.30-12.00" so had to travel back next day. Waiting time was about 1.20h and ended up with ZERO information, but "hope you will manage it". Fairly i already have some info from GPT chat which was way. more useful than citizen advice which was recommended from Bexley council...technically the lady couldn't even answer none of my questions, and even her supervisor. Haven't provided me a contact who could've help me. time waste... super upset. BTW website is also is pretty poor as there is no info about "drop off" sessions as even google and web highlight states "YOU DONT HAVE TO BOOK IN ADVANCE"
