Totally awful place. Requested help with a DWP appeal. Spoke with a woman called Margaret who had me sitting for 2 hours before she said there's not much she could do unless I had a record of the initial DWP interview. Eventually got this and called to let her know. Asked to speak to Margaret and the woman on the phone shouted WHAT MARGARET? WE HAVE TWO! As if the general community would know that! Another 2 hours spent with Margaret who told me once again there wasn't much point. Totally ruined my appeal, she couldn't spell and the appeal read as if a child wrote it. I have ADHD and she basically said it's not a real disability.

No record of me Steve? Of course you're now the manager placed now, & am dead & practical buried. Multiple years later in Motherwell CAB was told, if you had been in Bellshill CAB on one occasion there should be some record of you,but there isn't. Only was in there 10 times & talked to 5 different people about three things. Was told can't help or give any advice on anything. But yet Steve can be like that.

Been in hear 10 times talked to 5 different people, from 2014-ish. Absolutely destroyed by DWP & Hamilton tribunal services. Over a decade later Motherwell CAB, if you went to bellhill once there should be some record of you got destroy by DWP & Hamilton tribunal services. Then Motherwell did help either & told me to go back to Bellshill. Could word better, but am at the end of my life am sick of people. & dyslexic & ADHD & too much PTSD to mention. Steve horrific person, that threated to punch me, if asked for help anymore.
