absolute disgrace of a place called regarding issues with my landlord, and her concern was that I rent a 2-bed property, not a one. She overlooked the landlord's failures, like the deposit not being placed in holding. or the abuse or constant eviction threat or the state of the property—basically all she cared about was the property size. You might be doing this as a volunteer, but you are wasting your time. as the help and tone you have is nothing more than a insult to the people that need this help, love. and judging by other comments it seems to be the same person

I went today to ask about benefits. The woman was extremely rude, didn’t explain benefits properly, was in the rush, even tho there was no people waiting and gave me incorrect information. The conversation lasted around 1 minute…. I went to the job centre and was given better help and answers, so thank you for that!! I feel like it’s better to read online about everything, even tho they are there to help!! Citizens Advice, Bath Avoid!
