Disappointing. This CAB was great up to last year. I visited few weeks ago and they were not helpfull at all. They didn't give any advise and simply said we cannot advise while this what they suppose to provide. The lady was serving me didn't know what she should do and she was asking another one every question I asked, she has to go and ask the other who didn't provide any answer either. It didn't deserve the long wait.

Very poor experience at Citizens Advice Barnet, London. The service was unhelpful and lacked proper guidance. I felt like my situation wasn’t really understood and the advice given was vague and not practical. Overall, it did not feel like a professional or efficient support service, and I left more confused than when I arrived. ⚠️❌🚷❌⚠️

I am disappointed in the way this organisation just cuts me off and says there are no avaliable person to take the call. I've been trying to get advice for over 7 months now and im looking to legal action against this organisation they claim to be an advice lime open till 12 ro 3pm yet they never pick up the call just hangs up ive got countless recording ss and call logs to show, if it was up to me I wouldnt even give it one star.
