I am extremely grateful to Ash Immigration Services for their outstanding work on my appeal. My previous solicitors had failed to properly prepare my case and did not file the Appeal Skeleton Argument or the necessary documents. Ash Immigration Services took over my case, carefully reviewed everything, prepared the full appeal bundle and skeleton argument, and represented me at the hearing. During the appeal, the Home Office Presenting Officer argued that I was required to meet both the income requirement and the savings requirement. Mr Ali clearly took the Judge through the relevant Immigration Rules and the Home Office’s own guidance and showed that this was not the correct legal position. His preparation, legal knowledge and advocacy were excellent. He dealt with the issues confidently and professionally, and thanks to the work carried out by Ash Immigration Services, my appeal was allowed.
