I’ve required Advice on two different matters. First one the Agent I was interviewed by referred me to the specialist in Income Tax return. I had been trying for 6 months for a refund. The Specialidt Natalie obtained the refund in a short time. The second, I require assistance completing a form, I have an appointment with an Agent, who will assist me as I have difficulty printing. On the each interaction either face to face or telephone, I have found the Agents too have empathy and willingness to assist me. If they didn’t know how to advise me they found another Agent who could. The people who undertake to volunteer to assist the public are doing a wonderful service I cannot praise the Bognor Regis Agents and the Specialist Natalie high enough.

Went to get some advice after being given a section 21. Have two young children but was turned away. Disgusting not willing to see a family with young children who are going to be made homeless. Supposed to be a public service turning away families.
