Ive been to CAB a few times asking for help to fill in forms .and each time they are a disaster fobbing me off ..so on passing out of the blue i went to salvation army in Arbroath and they were going to help me their and then but i didnt have my paperwork so i now have an appiintment with them to help me Much more than CAB has done for me Cab is hopeless as far as im concerned

That's mostly for closing Montrose branch which was more helpful for people who have a problem traveling, anxiety etc, you could sit and explain it in person, but now sending emails or over the phone and then playing waiting game, will someone answer and when? Not really helping, unfortunately.
