Friendly staff, but honestly just do the application yourself. It's not hard and saves you so much money. Also they are pretty useless when it comes to finding you a job. They just submit a generic CV for you in bulk which is pointless when applying for different job roles. You've got more chance applying for jobs by yourself when you arrive in Australia. Also you really have to go out of your way here back from them because they'll never reach out to you. That's my experience after living in Perth Australia for a year now, best thing I've ever done. Overall just do it yourself, you'll be fine.
