I called advice ni recently with a query spoke to a lady called Brenda who couldn't have handled it better or more efficiently, a great organisation to have access to. Many thanks.
Found it impossible to get through on their advice line, waited 40 minutes at position 1 and was then just randomly cut off. Phoned back and waited another half an hour on position 1 from position 2 before again being randomly cut off. I guess if you can actually get through to someone they’re probably good, as reflected In the positive comments elsewhere, however I have no idea what’s going on with their phone lines and so that was my experience,‘ unfortunately. I ought to remind them that phone access is a necessity for callers with literacy issues and learning disabilities so callers shouldn’t be treated like that.
