I engaged AAS Education for UK university application support as a local student, with an agreed fee of £500. Despite multiple follow-ups to get a clear timeline and detailed scope of services, the consultant suggested additional and more expensive services on the basis that our applications were to “G5” universities. After checking directly with the relevant G5 team, these additional services were confirmed to be unnecessary, as the applications were not for high-achieving, interview-based, or admission-test-based subjects. When this issue was raised, the consultant stated that her basic service might not meet our expectations, as replies may not be immediate or up to standard and she may not be suitable to help…This resulted in over a week of back-and-forth communication with unclear and delayed responses. Overall, the experience was inconsistent and disappointing. I would advise potential clients to clarify all services and timelines upfront.

I was clueless about how to apply for mid-term enrollment at MMU, but Daphne's dedicated help greatly simplified the application process. All I needed to do was provide my personal information, academic qualifications, and certificates, and Daphne handled everything else.
